"Pros: The building and staff were very nice and maintained all areas clean. The condo needed some serious cleaning. The view was beautiful, the condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Cons: The condo hasn’t had a thorough cleaning in some time. Hair and dust could me seen in every corner or the place and the amount of dust and grime on the stove hood was unbelievable. Not to mention you have roaches. Additionally it’s time for sheet and towel replacement. They were all dingy and stained. My brother-in-law almost broke his neck when he sat on a broken chair and the door handle was barely hanging on to the screws. This place needs some TLC. Lastly, our stay started off with the property manager calling me to say we had an issue but she would get it resolved. Why even call me if you are going to resolve the issue 😳. I might not have mentioned that part of it had been one or two call/msg’s concerning the matter, but it was a barrage of calls and messages." ~Marlen
