"Pros: Exactly as described in the photos. Ivan (the owner) was easy to work with. It's a nice quiet location, and despite the fact of it being Easter week (party time!) everyone was respectful and quiet (and friendly!). Pool is 20m from the front door, and was never crowded (except the long weekend Saturday night). Nice safe neighbourhood, in a working family area. Plenty of food (lots of Mom & Pop retaurants) in the area - but you will definitely need your own transportation. AC was good, and not loud. Cons: We had some hiccups because Ivan' credit card reader was broken, but he was flexible on the payment arrangements so no big deal." ~Nicholas

"Pros: The host was very responsive and helpful. The pool area and private garden were lovely. The kitchen had everything we could need. If you are ready for a quiet sunny stay then this is it! Cons: The location is a bit far from any groceries, restuarants and Uber didnt like coming to this location. Bucerias was about 20 min away." ~Cyndi
