"Pros: The location was great for me, because it was really close to where I needed to go. The staff was really nive and friendly and helped me when there was no cold water nor toilet paper in the room. Cons: Unfortunately, I had a lot of issues trying to get in because the key did not work properly, I showered with cold water once because there was no warm water (though the staff was really nice and quickly fixed it), and the place was not as clean as I would have liked." ~Sara
