"Pros: Margie bought some start up groceries for us as we were arriving at night. Most helpful. Items that broke or were missing, were sent promptly to us with Amazon. Loved the quiet shady subdivision for our walks and the very pleasant community pools. The monkeys, coti mundi and other animals were so interesting! Bed and pillows very comfortable Internet very good. Lots of lighting.. Lots of cleaning supplies. LOVED the snorkeling from the beach in Puerto Morelos! And the beach chairs Margie ordered for us Cons: Water to be hotter in shower. Can't adjust the cold so that only hot runs. Some written information (in English) about the little house, How to use washer and especially drier (provided on Whatstapp) how to work TV to get satellite as its all in Spanish, where to refill the large drinking water bottle (at the Aki not the Chedraui). Supermarkets, info on Puerto Morelos, maybe list of recommended restaurants, places to see, Cenotes,.....etc how to lock door, what to do on departures etc. Margie will supply any info on WhatsApp but would be nice to have a folder to refer to. (We used our own TV stick so could watch our own Netflix and Prime shows in English. ) Loved our little quiet house and the nature around. Thank you Margie! Hope to be back another year!" ~Gin

"Pros: Beautiful House with lots of space and excellent facilities. Amazing views from the roof top terrace across the mangrove forest, which is literally on the doorstep. Really safe area with alert security guards on the gate. The house is family owned and they take great care to ensure you have everything you need, so much better than an agency. We also rented a car from them which was much better than any of the car rental places in Cancun. Cons: Nothing really, it’s about 10 minutes from the beach and Puerto Morelos, so you need a car." ~Martin
