"Pros: Great facilities with amazing views. Food is mostly good. Internet runs fast. Beds were comfortable. Most of the staff treats you well. Cons: When we arrive, bell boys promise to bring our baggage to our rooms but that never happen. We had to do it on our own. At the beach, the guy in charge of the umbrellas ignore us. We had to take an umbrella on our own. We had an incident in the disco with a drunk guy (a guest) doing pervert things like taking off his clothes and even touching some women in there. There was nobody taking control of the situation. It could be better if they have a way to manage such things." ~Erik
