"Pros: We were given a code for our room prior to arrival. Juan was excellent with responding to messages and came to see me right away when I arrived to find our room was still occupied. He put us in another room and made sure that I was happy with the unexpected change. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The fridge was new and bigger than a normal sized bar fridge. It was also nice having a rooftop area to sit and enjoy, and the pool was heated, which was lovely. Cons: Nothing. The hotel met our expectations, and we will consider staying again next year." ~Shirley
