"Pros: Amazing place in a quite private residential area in the entrance of San Miguel de Allende. The neighborhood is still under development and the accesses were quick and simple. All the property personnel were attentive and kind. The property itself was modern, quite complete, and really comfortable. The staff managing the property was very kind and always looking to help, Cons: The pool and Jacuzzi weren't warm. The complex isn't full of amenities and those that were there, were scattered all over the place. We didn't have soap or shampoo on property. No blackout shades on the windows." ~Ivan
