"Pros: We liked the central location and being able to walk everywhere in Sayulita very quickly. The space was good for our family and there is a large patio which was like a bonus room. The rooms felt spacious and comfortable for us. Xavier was a responsive host who took care of everything we asked. He brought us extra water and toilet paper, and fixed several minor issues while we were there. The master bedroom is quite large, the second bedroom is a bit smaller, but still nice. The third bedroom has 3 twins in it which is hard to see from the photos. Our two kids slept in there but there was room for a third person if needed. A boogie board and beach chair were provided for us during our stay. Cons: There is a bar just 2 doors away that has live music 6 nights a week. Although the musicians were good quality I would caution light sleepers about this. You can hear the music from the front bedroom especially, but the other bedrooms were a little quieter. The indoor plumbing needs a bit of work, and possibly a station to clean off sand outside the door to the house. One of the toilets was sluggish and one shower was clogged, probably due to sand. We did our best to clean off sand before showering but some was unavoidable." ~One000mph
