"Pros: This was amazing. Excellent value for a luxurious, spacious and well-equipped apartment in a modern and upscale neighbourhood. We were allowed to check in early and the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming, with excellent communication from start to finish. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, but the handyman fixed them quickly. And the janitor at reception was super-helpful. I had doubts that the condominium pool would live up to the pictures but I was wrong, it was fantastic. And I had forgotten that I had booked a penthouse, so it was a bonus to climb a hidden staircase to a rooftop area with a jacuzzi. Eating out in Tulum is getting very expensive so it was great to be able to dine in with a kitchen that had all the essentials. No problem parking right outside with CCTV reassurance. Cons: The area was lovely but I wouldn’t feel safe walking through adjacent neighbourhoods, so had to take a taxi to enjoy bars and restaurants in the centre. Please note the beds were very ’firm’, fine for me but not for everyone" ~Olaf

"Pros: The place was spectacular, especially the swim up pool. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked up. There were bath towels as well as beach towels. The TV was connected to Netflix, YouTube and other apps. Cons: The bikes were a bit rusty. The location is a bit far from everything but at the same time, very quiet and safe." ~Marina
