"Pros: Everything! The staff was very kind and attentive, the room was clean and beautiful, the location is perfect as it is downtown. Everything was just marvelous! Cons: Maybe the air conditioning. It made a funny noise and it seemed out of order, fortunately it wasn't very hot so I could manage well without it." ~Verónica
