"Pros: The apartment is very well located, 4 minutes walk from the beach, it is the most convenient area of Budva, with a few meters distance from mini-markets, restaurants, cafes and others. The owner is very nice, helpful and responsive, on the day of arrival he brought us everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with a very nice balcony where we had our breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Budva.

"Pros: The owner was very helpful. Private parking a little bit tricky but great value for Budva. Very close to markets and restaurants. Only 10 mins walk to the beach.
Cons: No elevator in the building. AC unit only in the living room was inadequate but OK."
