"Pros: The owner was cooperative and friendly. Cons: Marta Studio was unlucky, I think, after he recent heavy rains, the house had flooded and it was smelling moisture and bad. The house smelled musty. Drops of water came out as we pressed down on the floor. That had triggered my wife's asthma and she had to sleep in the car due to lack of fresh air in the flat. Bed linen and bedding equipment need to be replaced. Household items are old, like remaining from the 80's. You feel as if no one has lived there for a long time. It doesn't make sense for the comments to be 9+. Because the house is not a 9-point house. There is a parking shortage. Parking lots are narrow and always full. We barely found a place. Since the house is on the ground floor, the cat enters when the door is open. The owner was helpful and cooperative. We stayed only 1 night and then moved to another location. "Pros: A good place to stay. Away from the madness of the main tourist spot and surrounded by decent bars and restaurants. We had a problem with the fridge but that was sorted in a reasonable time Cons: The bed was topped with some kind of foam/sponge topper. The outside furniture was poor and it can be noisy with selfish guests coming back at 4 am" ~Richard
