"Pros: Booked the deluxe room which looks very nice and is equipped with everything you need! The place is a walking distance from Donji Štoj centre, which is also awesome. Would recommend it if you’re looking for a property near restaurants and shops. The staff provided a beautiful welcome with the watermelon! Cons: After the beautiful welcome, things with the staff went downhill - from asking us to cancel the booking so that we would allegedly save money and insistently asking the reason I would not cancel - to taking the money for residence tax and not at all reporting our stay. If at the end of the stay we did not check about it, the owner would have kept the residence tax money without telling us anything, this way she gave it back saying she forgot to do it. The other staff member was also very dramatic in situations that can generally happen in any property - since the toilet stopped working after just 3 days she immediately started blaming me for it being clogged. Then an even more uncomfortable situation happened where the door-lock system they currently have got me locked out of the room, where we had to use credit cards to open the doors and bother guys from next rooms to help. If it weren’t for the neighbors willing to help I would not even be able to enter my room that night - of course all that was also my fault not the “genius” door system which can be bypassed with old credit cards that staff member provided and looked down on me for having to use them. All in all, the complete staff approach could definitely improve." ~Natalija
