"Pros: The apartment is well prepared and has the all necessary equipment. Owners are super friendly and helpful - one of the best customer service experiences in my life. It's located in a little older flat but please don't be mislead - we felt very very safe in the neighborhood. In general, I really recommend this apartment and Herceg-Novi as holiday destinations. Cons: Nothing to complain about, just a remark: beds are quite soft - if you like ultra-hard beds you will not feel very comfortable." ~Mateusz
