Vila Simonovic is a self-catering accommodation located between Budva and Petrovac. The Monastery of Rezevici is only 1 km away and the beaches are only 30 metres from the apartment. At the property you will find a TV, air conditioning and a balcony. You can enjoy sea view and mountain view. The accommodation offers a dishwasher, an oven and a stovetop. An outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities are also available. In the surrounding area you can go fishing and snorkelling. Mogren Beach is 30 km away and Tivat Airport is located 27 km from the apartment. The property offers free parking.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
