"Pros: It's cheap and has a good location. Probably would be nice in summer.
Cons: 5 stories walk up with no elevator.
Apartment is very cold, we were there in January for a day. Heater in bathroom is broken and the ac just blows cold air even on high temp.
There were a leak under the bathtub, we noticed a puddle of water in the morning.
No kettle or microwave oven"
