"Pros: The house is big and well equipped in the kitchen. The pool is nice, big and the depth is good for swimming. There are beaches in 10-15 mins by walk. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They also helped us rent a boat.
Cons: 1. The house is not fully rented. Only the ground floor is rented and the owners live upstairs
2. The bathrooms needs renovations. All 3 showers are broken in some degree (in 2 of them the water is running from the shower head and from above, no matter how you set it up, and in one of them (the bathroom near the kitchen) have a leak and water comes from that hole). Also, in the bathroom near the kitchen half the ceiling is covered in mold)
3. Only one bedroom have AC in the room. There is one AC in one bedroom and another one in the main hallway."
