"Pros: The property is beautiful and has an amazing terrace with a great view. The staff was very helpful and kind, and was flexible with the check out and luggage storage, what was very appreciated! We faced a bit of difficult to find the property in the beautiful medina. Meanwhile there is the correct location point in the map, the small alleys made the navigation hard. Some orientation or additional information with reference points would be interesting to support getting to the location. Finally, we faced some lack of hot water in the morning, maybe due to the winter weather and the number of guests, but nothing that affected our experience so much. Thanks!" ~Tomaz

"Pros: I've been traveling to many countries and places, and this is the one of top places to stay. The owner, He is very kind and nice. He treats his guests with sincerity. I would like to pay tribute to his kindness. The hotel is located in the center of Medina, so it is close to everything and convenient. When I first entered the hotel, I kept saying wow because it was so cool. And he welcomed me and treated me very kindly. After that, I had a chance to talk to him, and it was a very meaningful conversation for me who knows nothing about Islam. I respect him who is fasting during Ramadan. Although it was a short stay, I was so happy and was able to sleep well during my stay here. The bathroom shower was very clean, and the hot water was sometimes a little slow, but I was lucky to be able to stay in such a luxurious hotel at this price! I love this city so much and if I come back again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Cons: Only the hot water was a bit slow, and it can be chilled at night but the thick blankets helped well, I had a very good sleep." ~Jane
