"Pros: The rooftop views, especially at sunset It is a friendly place and a great building to relax and read a book. Incredible value. We used it for a stay not too far from the airport (45 minutes away) for an early flight. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Cons: Difficult to find, there are NO signs so even when you are in the neighbourhood you don’t know which property it is. Look for the paddock with horses and park near there Our 4x4 got stuck twice in the shifting sands, 2 helpful locals gave us a push. We pre ordered food at their request but for some reason it was not available but others seemed to enjoy their meal. The property is basic, there is no lock for the door and a large gap at the top lets the cool air into the room but some will say that this is part of the charm" ~Neil

"Pros: Ocean view is absolutely stunning from the terrace. Plus for an open space on the rooftop, it’s perfect for morning yoga or stretching Cons: Enormous distance to the nearest town or even shop/restaurant. If you need to do groceries, use atm or eat out, the taxi is only way which is approx €10, if you plan on visiting Agadir by taxi it will cost you €35 each way. It’s probably a fair price considering the distance, though it won’t allow you to travel often to Agadir if you’re on a budget. Location definitely more suitable for those with own car" ~Jakub
