"Pros: The breakfast, mostly homemade, and the accommodations were amazing. My two adult kids and I stayed on the third floor which was absolutely lovely and very spacious. I would highly recommend that room. The best part of our stay was Atika who runs the Riad. She greeted us with tea and cookies, booked dinner reservations, predicted all of our needs, and introduced us to Jeremiah (sp?) who gave us a wonderful tour of the Medina. Jeremiah introduced us to several local people who shared their passion about Fez especially living in the Medina. One of our local favorites was Abdul who has been making homemade tea (using several mints and herbs) from his tiny shop that a tourist would never discover on their own since 1969. Thank you, Atika for taking such great care of us and being the highlight of our stay. When we come back we will definitely book Riad9 again!"

"Pros: Omar was the best host ever! We (two girls) had to go to the airport really early in the morning. He not only helped us book a taxi but he woke up at 4am just to accompany us to the taxi to make sure we felt safe. (Because the taxis cant park in the Medina.) He also made us breakfast for the trip! We are so grateful to met such a kind person! We felt welcomed and care for at their accommodation! Would love to come back a few more times and stay here again:)! Also, the location is perfect, its close to everything. The food what you can order is delicious! I highly recommend you to try the lamb tagine and the Moroccan salad! The accommodation also has a roof terrace which is really beautiful, you can see the whole city from there! I highly recommend !"
