One notable instance was when we had planned to dine in the hotel’s restaurant, but due to one of our family members not feeling well, we requested to have dinner served in our suite instead. The staff handled this request promptly and with professionalism, which we really appreciated. While the staff’s service was truly five-star, I feel that the overall hotel experience didn’t fully meet the same standard. Nonetheless, the kindness and efficiency of the team made a significant positive impact on our stay, and I commend them for their excellent customer service. Cons: I recently stayed at your hotel and booked a suite because I was looking for a spacious and comfortable experience. However, the layout of the suite was disappointing. The suite was essentially two levels, with the bedroom downstairs and the living area upstairs near the main entrance. This setup didn’t provide the comfort and convenience I was expecting, and the constant need to go up and down the stairs was inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, the maintenance and cleanliness of the wooden furniture in the room were below expectations. I noticed visible fingerprints on the wood, and even after trying to clean them with a damp tissue, they wouldn’t come off, indicating they had been there for quite some time. The side tables also had noticeable scratches, which is not what I expect from a five-star hotel. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly. The room temperature was far from comfortable, and it didn’t provide the cool and refreshing environment I anticipated during my stay, making it difficult to relax. Lastly, the breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was very limited, with little variety, and it didn’t meet our expectations in terms of quality or diversity.
