"Pros: Beautiful interior Comfy bed Lovely shower General luxurious feel Great WiFi Modern apartment Clean Nice dining table and area Huge smart tv Cons: Big flight of stairs no lift Noisy neighbours at times throughout the night (just can’t control this) The majority of the apartment is luxurious however the two small tables feel so cheap and a hazard for kids as they fold at the slightest of touches. I would recommend changing these in line with the rest of the decor. The biggest issue I had was the host. I had a nightmare with the host as I questioned why there was no free toiletries as advertised and also the images shown a picture of fully stacked spice section but in reality there was nothing there. Salt and pepper has been a basic standard in all 6 of my previous apartments around Morocco and they were all cheaper than this accommodation. I wouldn’t have cared too much if this wasn’t advertised as such. I questioned this and called her unresponsive as she didn’t reply until 22hrs after my initial message and then she came back and was quite frankly the worst host I’ve ever encountered. I have travelled to around 20 countries and never encountered such a Karen! She got offended I called her unresponsive, if you take 22hrs to reply to a 2 day booking that is not acceptable. This was only 1 after check in also so I can’t understand the delay. (Felt like she wanted to argue, kept making false claims like I threatened her and insulted her but I was polite and professional throughout. I have all the message logs) I also left her apartment in a beautiful condition. Because of how she was I was going to give her a 1 HOWEVER my religion teaches me that we must be forgiving. She did apologise and blamed a certain rude message as a language barrier issue. The only reason I’ve highlighted the issue is that hopefully this is a lesson learnt. The reason I gave a 10 is because the apartment is beautiful and I have to be just. I just hope the host learns from this interaction and then moving forward the guests can enjoy the beautiful accommodation." ~Tahir
