"Pros: We had a truly great experience! We made a last-minute booking on the same afternoon with a 50% discount, and everything went perfectly. The manager sent us the location via Google Maps and gave us detailed instructions on how to get there and where to park. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to follow them properly, and since we had no 4G connection, communication was a bit difficult. Despite the late hour, the manager did his best to help and even came to pick us up with his own car — a true example of professionalism and dedication. The riad itself is beautifully decorated and ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions in the Medina. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Special mention for the breakfast: generous, varied, and delicious! We often take time to write reviews when something goes wrong, but it’s just as important to share when things go exceptionally well — and this was definitely one of those moments.
