"Pros: Mestafa and Hannah went out of their way and picked us up from the taxi so we could easily find the hotel, showed us the bank/ATM, organised private transport back and forth to the airport, as well as a car and driver that took us to Volubilis, Molay Idriss and Meknes. We are a tall family so we had a big (8-seater) Mercedes with plenty of legroom and space.
Mestafa spent a whole day showing us around the Medina and he is very knowledgeable. Hannah served breakfast and we enjoyed that it was a little varied from day to day, and we especially enjoyed the French toast we had one of the mornings. She also made us Moroccan tea which we all really enjoyed and appreciated."

"Pros: The riad is magic, with no detail neglected. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the shared spaces are welcoming and thoughtful, whether you want to play billiards or eat a couscous. The outdoor spaces are also incredible with the pool and well manicured plants and fruit trees.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was leaving Mayfez!"
