They were always attentive to our well-being and gave us fantastic tips to explore the city, which truly enhanced our experience. The location is excellent, allowing us to easily access key attractions while still being in a peaceful area. Our room was incredibly comfortable and quiet, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The beauty of the Riad itself is breathtaking, with its stunning decor and serene atmosphere making it a truly magical place to stay. Highly recommended!" ~Rafael

"Pros: Given how much I have traveled, I've never met kinder hotel staff who truly made you feel like family. From the warm greeting and getting picked up after the drop-off, to even heating up some leftover food for me (I was too sick the night before to eat), to making sure my laundry got done, and packing a to-go breakfast. It made being on the road for so long that much easier. Also, not to mention the incredible breakfasts! The riad itself was beautiful and in a great location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the medina, but in close walking distance (just across the parking lot). Cons: There was not a lot of sound insulation in my room and you could hear the guests below during meal time. However, this is a very minor detail. The hospitality and service shown by the hotel staff overshadowed any small inconveniences experienced." ~Lisa

"Pros: Beautiful riad that is excellent value for money. The interior design is beautiful, with so many intricate design details. The room and bed were very comfortable, and we even had a balcony over looking the courtyard. There is a rooftop garden to enjoy drinks (and there is alcohol available to purchase). The breakfast was so delicious. We booked for dinner one night, which was also so delicious. I was a little surprised at the price of the dinner but it was the nicest meal we had in Morocco. Cons: As it is the Riad of Birds there are lots of birds (in cages) in the courtyard and the smell of birds was quite strong. Not overpowering and maybe I'm more sensitive to smells." ~Georgia
