"Pros: It’s located in outskirts of Tétouan, about 25 minutes away from old medina. It’s also located 15 minutes from Mertil and M’diq beaches. Having a car is a must! Large garden for kids to play. Small paddling pool which wasn’t clean but wouldn’t have been used due to weather anyway. However because of it small kids need to be supervised all the time. Accommodation is small but clean. BBQ available and Yassin kindly brought us coal. However, I suggest putting all items needed for BBQ. Yassin is a good host and would respond ASAP. Kitchen lacks a microwave, washing machine is convenient especially if you are staying for longer duration or with kids. We had an issue with hot water but Yassin responded quickly. There is construction going on next door so will be noisy at day time. However, we spent most of the day outside in near by medina and beaches. There are cameras in the garden of property for security but it would be an intrusion to your privacy if you feel that way. Cons: Paddling pool not clean Must take your mosquito repellents." ~Armaghan
