"Pros: We spent one night here at Erg Chebbi Camp in Merzouga in December. We arrived at their office in Merzouga town, where parking is available for anyone driving their own car. we were picked up from there with our luggage in a 4X4 to a nearby dune from where we took a camel ride. The 45-minute camel ride on the dunes to the campsite was amazing, with a 20-minute break to watch the stunning sunset amidst the dunes. Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea and snacks, followed by a delicious 3-course Moroccan meal with plenty of vegetarian options. The food was hot, fresh, and cooked on-site. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Although the heater wasn't very effective on a chilly December night, the high-quality blankets kept us cozy and warm. The only minor issue was the unpredictable hot water supply. The next morning, we woke and catch the sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast. We were dropped back at the office in Merzouga around 10 am. Overall, Erg Chebbi Camp exceeded our expectations, offering an unforgettable desert experience." ~Vish
