"Pros: Beautiful location on the Kavango. Lovely river front chalet, very comfortable with huge bed. Good food and friendly, helpful staff Cons: Rude and aggressive communication with central booking office. My credit card expired between booking and payment due. I had updated booking.com but seems there are 2 ways of doing this, one of which does not register with the property. Have never received such blunt, unhelpful and rude responses. Threatened to cancel our booking a week before due to stay, knowing we were about to go out of contact. Had to beg them to provide alternative link to make payment. Shame as place was very pleasant but I would never consider staying there again" ~Jane
