"Pros: Lizette is a very friendly host and food was superb. Location close to my work at Kombat mine was a plus. The reading room at the top floor was very nice and contains a lovely set of books. Cons: The area had a thunder storm on the day which knocks out power and internet on a frequent basis. No internet for entire stay. Power only came on at +-9pm and had several restarts. A bit difficult to decide where to approach and stop at the residence. Some signage would greatly assist. No signage to location from main road. No cell phone connectivity." ~Seafrontc

"Pros: Olienhoff was a really nice surprise. My room and bed were very comfortable, the grounds very well kept, and there was a surprising diversity of birds on the property (I'm a die-hard bird watcher; that's why I was in Namibia). The food was great. Gile and Ansy had no issues accommodating me, a vegetarian, for dinner or breakfast. Gile went above and beyond the call of duty when he helped me change a flat tire on my van. He and Ansy are very friendly. Would totally stay here again if I pass through the area. Very good value. Cons: Nothing." ~Anderson
