"Pros: such a great cozy, family friendly run place in Namche. After a long day trek from Lukla to Namche this was just the place we needed to rest our tired bodies, take a nice warm shower, a sit down toilet (you’re laughing now but trust me, as a westerner after 3 days you’ll be craving this too 😉) and some delicious home cooked food. it was super cozy in the evening to sit in the warm lodge, drinking tea and chatting to fellow hikers, relax and read a book or just take in the calm ambience and once the clouds cleared the next morning the sunrise views from my room were just stunning! good strong wifi to tell family and friends back home you’re safe and again, the family who run the place are your typical hospitable, friendly and helpful Nepalese hosts. we had some issues with our tourism permit which they managed to get sorted for us in a matter of minutes. great service 👍 planned to stay here again on our way down from Basecamp :)" ~Andrew
