A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that facilities such as pool, beach, restaurants and bar are shared with another property, thus guests and customers from all ages from the shared property can use these facilities as well.
