"Pros: The wide selection of breakfast buffet. The large area for toddlers to run around. The 100s of Christmas trees lined up even before December☺️ The free shuttle to/from the airport. Cons: The check in process- we were early in checking in. Asked to come back at 2pm, which was fine. Came back at 2pm, was told that the room is not ready... Asked to Come back another 10mins. as she will make phone calls . Got tied up running after an agitated toddler who just wants to rest after a looong journey. The lady we spoke with was entertaining another guests, so went to a check in with another staff after 30mins. We told them what the lady told us to do-- wait for 5mins, and the man said which room number was allocated to you???? I was like--- is it not clear in your system which room is allocated to us???? Told this man that our toddler is getting agitated, and would like to rest now--- we were immediately given a room. Whether that room was the one allocated for us or not, I dont know. But I wish they could be more helpful especially for guests with young children." ~Gayle

"Pros: This house is very unique. You feel at home with the big living room and kitchen as well as the stereo equipment to deliver your holiday playlist. Both bedrooms are comfortable and the beds are big enough for two and there is another bed in the space in front of these bedrooms. The terrasse directly at the canal is really great and you can watch all the boats going by or use the boat of the house to make a trip around the lake or to a nice restaurant. There is also a ferry nearby to pass the canal in order to reach the nearest supermarket with bakery. The hosts are very helpful if you need information or any assistant. We will come back! Cons: We have absolutly nothing to complain. :)" ~Claudia
