Residentie Californië is an apartment complex in a tranquil location only 750 metres away from the beach. It offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and is situated next to Duinen van Texel National Park. The comfort apartments include an open kitchen and either a patio or garden/terrace. Bed linen in the 2 bedrooms are excluded. Furthermore there is a TV with a video channel and free cable internet connection. Some include a spa bath. All apartments have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 persons. For beauty treatments guests can go to the property's beauty centre and hairdresser. At the reception, guests can ask for freshly made bread rolls. Californië is 13 km from golf course De Texelse. The village centre of De Koog is a 5-minute drive from the complex. Ecomare and the Texel Museum Trust are a 10-minute walk away. There is free parking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Residentie Californië in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note the pictures just give an impression of the property. The room set-up or/and decoration might vary. For reservation of more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Costs for linen and towels: - Kitchen linen EUR 6.80 per package - Towels EUR 7.70 per package - Bed linen EUR 10.40 per person. Payment terms: Payment to De Krim Texel is to be made in two installments of 50%. The first installment is due within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, while the second installment must be settled no later than six weeks before the scheduled arrival. If the arrival date falls within 6 weeks of the reservation, the entire payment must be made within 14 days. If the arrival is scheduled within 14 days after booking, immediate payment is required through iDEAL or credit card.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4.50 per person per night when using an available cot. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
