"Pros: I liked how comfortable the room was and how accessible the personnel is. The room was perfect for one person and offered a nice view of the canal and skyline. Everything was very clean and having a free, personalized breakfast was nice. Cons: Accessing the hotel was a little weird at first with the QR code not always properly working, but they provided you with a card key just in case the QR code refused to work, so that was great. The smoke alarm went off in my room due to water vapor coming from the shower, which I found a little strange, but other than that, no major complaints at all!" ~Emilia
