"Pros: The size and amenities were perfect for our group. We felt comfortable and safe. In house temperatures were perfect.
Cons: We had asked in advance, and it appeared in the app to be approved, for an early check in. However, when we arrived the hostess would not honor that early check in. We had to walk around the city towing several pieces of luggage. All the while, one member of our party was quite ill so trekking around the city this way was that much more difficult."
