This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that guests can check in until 21:00. Guests are required to inform the hotel about the expected time of arrival beforehand. Check in after 21:00 is only possible upon request and after confirmation of the hotel. Please note that as the location of the bed is only accessible by going up a open stair, this accommodation is less suitable for people with reduced mobility. Due to the increased energy costs, we are unfortunately forced to charge the costs for the gas used for new bookings from 1 February 2023. This will be deducted from the deposit of €50.
