"Cons: I forgot the keys inside my accommodation before my leaving. It was a problem, because I couldn"t get into entrance without keys I called to support many times, but there wasn"t any answer for a long time. Through 2 hours of waiting other people who lived in the same hotel opened a door of entrance and I got in my room finally. The support didn't call me back at all.... "Pros: The staff are friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very clean. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is close to the centre and public transportation. Cons: There are no hangers, a washing machine and a wardrobe in the apartment." ~Hamza
