Frank's Backpackers hostel is a private initiative, offering the UNUSUAL CONCEPT of NO STAFF. This means, after booking, you receive information (only in written English) about what is expected from the guest in order to make this concept work, followed by questions that have to be answered within a time limit, in order to check if all safety requirements can be met. In order to avoid discomfort and work load, only 1 booking per guest can be offered. After the requirements have been met, more bookings can be available. Frank's Backpackers is located in the center of Helmond, only 500 meters from the main train station and the market square. It offers only 1 shared dormitory room with free Wi-Fi. The bathroom facilities are shared, as well as the common room. There is also a private garden on site where guests can relax. Meals can be prepared in the communal kitchen. A wide variety of restaurants can be found within a 5-minute walk from Frank's Backpackers.
