"Pros: It is the only hotel in Huizen, so it is the default choice. However, the price was fair and room very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and did not ask me to pay a 15 euro "penalty" for arriving at 14:05 rather than 15:00.
Cons: The breakfast was pricy at EUR 18.50. But, there are no alternatives within an easy walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the center of Huizen, though walkable if the weather is clement and you have time. The 15:00 check-in time is a bit late in the day - 13:00 is fairer. But, as you see, arriving less than an hour before 15:00, it was not enforced."
