"Pros: Very pretty cottage with a well-equipped kitchen and a working fireplace, located in a community of similar cottages in a forested area. Ideal for a calm and quiet vacation. We stayed there for five nights over Christmas and the hosts kindly (and unexpectedly) decorated the cottage for the occasion.
Cons: The bedrooms are on the first floor and accessible via a steep and narrow staircase while the only toilet and bathroom are downstairs. This arrangement is not ideal if you have elderly people with you (80+ in our case; we should have anticipated better)."

"Pros: Wonderful accommodations in a lovely, quiet area. Beautiful house, very well maintained, very comfortable. Large wooden table, comfortable beds, great kitchen.
Cons: The ceiling light - didn't give off much light. The switch for the two bright lights on top of the cupboard was beyond my reach (as well as many of the dishes)! Fortunately for me, both my husband and daughter are tall, so they came to my rescue."
