"Pros: Beautiful spacious room with a view overlooking the dock, we were there to catch the ferry to New Castle the next day, so a good rest before the crossing and a short walk to the terminal. Another plus point is the full scale kitchen on the same floor, though we didn't cook there, we could use the supplies and facilities there . Cons: Without a physical reception, we ( 70+) had to struggle with digital checking in and the digital key was also something new to us ! We were rather disappointed with the breakfast, too little choices and we had to wait for refills, it didn't match the other facilities of the hotel, sadly!" ~Ginny
