Located in Amsterdam, the DFDS ferry sails to Newcastle, travelling across the North Sea. This 2-night cruise departs from IJmuiden in the Netherlands and arrives the next morning in North Shields. A shuttle bus between the terminal and Newcastle is included. The bus will depart from the terminal shortly after the ferry arrives and will drop you off and pick up at Bewick Street (opposite Newcastle Central Station). The bus is marked 'DFDS' and the travel time is typically 20-30 minutes. The bus will depart at Bewick Street to the DFDS terminal at 14:45 and 15:45.
