"Pros: The location was very good. Near the beach, with several restaurants nearby. We were there in early spring, so it wasn't a beach vacation...but this accommodation in Katwijk aan Zee is a nice quiet base from which to visit several important sites such as Keukenhof Gardens, Kinderdijk, and Amsterdam. And it was nice to be able to walk to the beach even if it wasn't summer. Cons: The only thing is the staircase to the bedroom, which is on the second floor and very comfortable, while the bathroom, which is very nice, is on the first floor. The stairs are steep and the treads are narrow, so caution is necessary to negotiate the stairs. We were able to handle them, but someone with mobility problems would have great difficulty." ~Celeste
