"Pros: This is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Maastricht. The location, staff, and room were all really great. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, and had all that I needed. The little courtyard is charming. Cons: Overall, it was a very good experience, but a few small things could be better. The pillows were not comfortable, and when asked if they had a softer one, I was told they would check, but they never got back to me. Safe and aircon were not working. There is no lift so it was a bit hard with the suitcases, but they helped." ~Debbie
