"Pros: The host, Hendrik, was very accommodating. He was present when we needed him, and happy to answer our questions about the area. But he also respected our privacy. He gave us some good tips on things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable, attractive and clean and bright. We very much enjoyed our two nights there." ~David

"Pros: A mistake on my part for next reading the blurb. This is not a hotel or Airbnb, it’s a campsite and the bathrooms are outside and shared. It was clean and the owner did come to check in on us however, I take the responsibility for not reading the details. Cons: The room smelled really musty and was hard to ignore. I was shocked to have to pay an additional $40 for bedding however this was stated I. The description do again my responsibility. The linen was clean and pressed. There was a chicken coop directly outside. The owner did come to check on us as she was out when we arrived and this was an opportunity to address any issues however I didn’t have the heart to complain. There was a charger on-site that we wish to use on our hire car but unfortunately no one knew how to use it. It was also well out of town. For what you get I certainly don’t think I got value for money." ~Elizabeth
