"Pros: Lovely cozy accommodation to stay in for 1-2 nights. ~20 minutes drive to the beach, very dog friendly and we were happy that our 3 dogs could go with us. Be mindful of the owner's lovely friendly dogs, who run free in the garden, and who love to come to say hi. If your own dogs are protective for any reason this might cause some tension. Just something to keep in mind if traveling with furry family members. Private parking space close to the house requires some level of mastery and time to drive in/out in a big car. Cons: Some things to be mindful of: There are no instructions for key pick up/drop off upon check-in/out so I called the host, which is fine but can maybe be improved with a safe key location in a code-protected box or something similar. Windows on one side face the horse paddock/boarding stables and we could smell horse urine during the night. Something to be mindful of and keep the window on that side closed. Be mindful that there is no sink in the bathroom, only a toilet, and shower cabin, not a big deal for a short stay, but good to know. The bathroom is on the ground floor, the room is upstairs, good to know if you need to use toilet during the night." ~Marina_wanderlust
