You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 28 per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed with a maximum weight of 30 kilos.
