"Pros: The staff was really lovely and the hotel is very accessible via public transport therefore I also liked the location. The room is small but enough for too and the breakfast was delicious. Staff is friendly and the complimentary drink was very nice. Cons: There is not much that me or my partner did not like however the room was maybe a bit small for our liking and the wifi did not work very fast all the time. Not sure if there was an elevator as we had to take the stairs up to the room every time." ~Zaki
