"Pros: Location was good for us, beyond expectation even since there are some nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Really comfy beds. Balanced breakfast, more than enough choice but not excessive as you may experience in hotels in the Far East. Staff is very friendly, though sometimes a bit inexperienced (hotel is run by hotel school students...). Cons: Very little to complain - shower head was lame, so difficulty to direct it the way you want it. And Rituals soap is really nice, but the soap-pumps are very ineffective ..." ~Coen
