"Pros: This property is really something special, the first impression is truly breathtaking! It’s very cozy inside and decorated beautifully. Also, you will be the only guests, which makes it very private. We were able to reach Wendy whenever we had a question, and she even came by personally to fix the heating when it wasn’t working. It’s definitely worth a stay! Cons: - The bathroom is very small and cold in the winter, perhaps a seat warmer could be added to make it more bearable. Slippers would also be a great addition in general. :-) - The Quooker was too complicated for us to understand, perhaps the instructions could come with pictures. "Pros: Everything about this place was just great! Something had gone wrong with my booking, but the entire staff handled everything with glamour. The location is great - being very close to the city center, but far enough to be out of the noisy part and close to the train station. The staff was amazing allover. Comfortable room, amazing breakfast, care for the environment. I stayed a Saturday night and had no problems with noise. Nothing more to wish for and would definitely go back!" ~André
